DEFOIN has extensive experience in the comprehensive management of training plans, as well as specific solutions tailored to the need of design, management and delivery of continuing and occupational training for businesses and employed and unemployed.

Career development and integration (DEFOIN) was born in 2009 with the idea of promoting the training for employment and insertion of employed and unemployed workers, at a time when the economic crisis and the skill requirements of workers it was a crucial task.

CARDET team have successfully participated in more than 150 projects in more than 45 countries, several of which were supported by the European Commission, the United Nations Development Program, Microsoft, The Commonwealth of Learning, international agencies and governments. One of our core-strengths is our ability to carefully plan, implement, execute and evaluate projects in various contexts. The management team is supported by 10 members of the board and advisory board, who are all international veterans in education, business, research, and evaluation.

The organization was founded in 2002 .  H2’s core business is education consultancy and the principal consultants have extensive experience in the education sector as teachers, national ICT advisors, teachers  educators, policy creators and consultants.  In addition to the core team H2 has an ever-expanding network of associates who join the H2 Team on a project-by-project basis.  The team consists of academics, subject matter experts, content developers, evaluators, project managers and web designers.

Kaunas Region Education Centre is a non-formal adult educational institution the aim of which is to provide qualified educational, professional development services for adult educators, teachers, school principals, adult learners, etc. The Education center was established in 1994. Since then it has been actively involved in local, regional and national as well as international lifelong learning activities.   The center has 15 years of experience in international projects as coordinator and project partner.

SIF has over 20 years’ experience in managing EU projects acting as manager and coordinator in more than eighty EU projects, from which more than forty projects were in the field of social inclusion and employability, promoting entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship, adult education policies and practices, ICT and e-learning.
