Description: Job advertisements often contain abbreviations or shortened forms of words. When job hunting, it is important to understand common abbreviations and their meanings. In these exercises, you will become familiar with common words and expressions used in job advertisements.


Learning outcomes: By the end of these exercises you will be able to:

  • Understand the differences between similar terms.
